Antique A Tobias Taxco Mexican Silver Brooch

Offered is this gorgeous 1920s to 1940 Mexican brooch by the Taxco artist, Tobias. It is a pre-eagle design, .925 or better silver, and probably weathered onyx. It is the Warrior design and it is in excellent condition.
The work for this silversmith, Tobias, is rarely found. His items are all from the very early period of the Taxco renaissance. Tobias's mark is shown in Hougart's Little Book of Mexican Silver Trade and Hallmarks
